Have you ever had the calipers rebuilt?

Are you using name brand rotors?

The brakes on these cars are really susceptible to rotor warpage.  You have
to make sure the calipers are in good shape and not hanging up, causing a
heat buildup.  You also need to use a torque wrench to make sure the wheel
lugs are torqued to spec.  Finally, I have had mixed results with rotors
depending on who made them.  Raybestos are said to be good, but I managed to
warp a set.  The Chinese rotors I had on the last time I did it held up
pretty well, actually.

If the calipers have never been replaced, I would start there.
