On this vehicle, the problem is very unlikely to be related to the ignition switch in any way. I do not know how you are so sure that you are getting fuel injector pulse all the time and not ignition spark. If neither is present, there could simply be an issue with the ASD relay under the hood. It provides power to all sorts of gizmos under the hood including fuel injectors and the ignition coil pack.
Otherwise, an issue with the crankshaft position and/or camshaft position sensors come to mind. There could also be an issue with the coil pack itself.
