G'day All, The 3000 hour schedule calls to "...Separate upper spar tunnel plate from bulkhead. Leave 10mm rim" Nigel has a bit of experience dealing with translated German. He suggested that this probably means that the upper section of the spar tunnel (which is non-structural) needs to be cut out leaving a lip along the front and rear remaining as a guide for the spars when rigging. Then use the resulting hole for inspection purposes of the upper interior of the structural bulkhead. I am thinking just some appropriately spaced holes and then a bore-a-scope inspection would do the trick. Has anyone done this part of the survey inspection? cheers Rob

He has not been done the service bulletin No 19 "metal fitting addicional conection fuselage-wing". I have leaves to make "work instruction No. 6" and have asked the Diamond Dealers Spain an offer but he ask the part numbers. Anyone know these P/N? It is absolutely necessary to make this connection?. Regards. Angel
