We are going to do the inspection on Friday using a bore-a-scope and a line of 
small holes that won't need a repair. If this gives me a thorough view of the 
inside section I will be happy to sign it out. Will post how it goes.
Doing it this way means we can add this easy inspection to the Form 2 list 
every year which has got to be a good thing.

 With „separate upper spar tunnel plate from bulkhead, leave 10mm rim „ is 
meant that you should cut out the wooden insert plate from the upper spar 
tunnel and leave a rim of 10mm so that you can laminate the plate after 
inspection back in. The 10mm space to the sidewalls of the spartunnel are 
necessary so that you have bonding area! After inspection the plate can be 
re-inserted again according standard GFRP repair procedures.

Marco  Thank you for your help in June with paperwork for 3000hly for H36 sr no

 We have made much progress but have an issue with one section  which is notes 
section after check list  I think it would be best if you could send just this 
page in GERMAN as I think something is lost in translation.   
 I have enc the page with the part concerned marked under heading "Inspection 
from inside" and Line 1

 Perhaps somebody at your factory may be able to help or have a photo of what 
is meant.   
Ball rod ends for undercart (4 only) and elevator mount (2 only) have been 
ordered from Hirchmann (as special order) in Germany  in turn have them 
manufactured near Stuttgart  We have had to order 12 undercart units and 10 
elevator units as they are a special order and minimum is 10 units

Anyway, we (as the DAI factory itself) are only allowed to sell parts or 
paperwork to service centers from us, which means that you normally have to 
order them from a service center near you. The reason for that is that other 
customers don't have an account in our system, so we can't open or work on 
orders for them.
 The procedure is this way: you order it from a service center, the service 
center will order it from us, pay it and then they get it directly as email 
which they can send directly to you for a price they demand.
 Again I'm very sorry that you had to wait so long for an answer from my side, 
as a little guerdon I will make a 1-time-exception and send the work 
instruction directly to you, for free of course that you don't loose any more 
time.
