[DOG mailing list] Super dimona Disc brakes

The Scout Gliding Club has a Super Dimona and the brake discs are a bit
worn.

 

The good books advise that the brake pads need to be changed at 3.5mm (ours
are still a lot above this) but I can't find any info regarding machining
the discs and the minimum thickness allowable after machining.

 

I don't need to do anything at this stage but would just like to know what
the requirements are.
