Timely reminder Rob. You may find it is more a case of which refinery it
comes from rather than brand.
As Bob said some use LPG, some use Butane and others use whatever they have
too much of. They just get the octane rating test right and once it's out
the gate it's all downhill.

A friend who races motorbike was having trouble so got a laboratory to do
some tests. Short answer - in three weeks 98 ULP turned into 91.5 ULP when
stored in plastic jerry cans.
Local car dealers find the same problem and " make new vehicles run better
" by draining old fuel and replacing with fresh fuel.

Get your ULP from a supplier with fast turnover and don't store it for more
than 3 weeks. Store in sealed containers in the dark.
