Hi Jarek,
Firstly make sure your throttle butterflys are operating identically on
both carbs.  Mechanically synchronise the rod adjustments and idle stops so
that the butterflys are both closed in exactly the same position.

Remove the pistons from both carbs and make sure the needles are set the
same. The starting position is described in the engine manual.

Check your exhaust colour and make adjustments to both carbs identically to
get the colour right. Usually a quarter of a turn at a time is enough.

Lastly check your plugs for the right colour to make sure the mixture on
both sides is correct. The only time you adjust the two carbs separately is
if the plugs on opposite sides are a different colour.
