I know it is the obvious but you do not still have a TRUMA fuel valve (red duamond shape on top and goes round and round)
These are notorious for slowly failing and restricting fuel flow. They were supposed to be replaced 25 years ago. In rotating they gobup and down a ramp and have rubber seal which fails. The replacement. Is a ball valve which only turns through 90 deg and usually has grey arm.
