QUALIFICATIONS: Advance degree in public health, social and/or management sciences and minimum of five years related experience required, including at least two years overseas experience. Field experience internationally in conducting and/or supervise needs assessments and surveys, data analysis, project design, and evaluation required, and preferably for both emergency and development programs. Solid project management experience with a proven track record of successful teamwork needed. Experience in Asia preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. This position will be based in Banda Aceh and will require up to 40 percent travel within Indonesia.
