Has anyone else had Tucows contacting customers to upsell them service behind their back?
A (rather large) customer of mine contacted me about someone from Tucows trying to sell them email service. They weren't pleased and I'm shocked that someone at Tucows would try to upsell a customer of mine behind my back. Or was I just lucky enough not to have encountered this until now?
