Just as a followup for anyone curious.

I had a couple of employees at Tucows followup with me about the
problem. It turns out to have been a mistake by one new employee.

They are now working on assuring that it won't happen again and
apologized for the mistake.

Tucows was very quick in following up and taking care of it. Thanks!
