Theoretically our server could have stalled all connections from
hrs-mx2.registrarmail.net and let everything else through, but I don't
see any failed connection attempts on our logs. The backlog seems to be
on hrs-mx2.registrarmail.net while hrs-mx1 seems to work properly
(judging from a rather small sample):
