The contract to sell domains has been simplified. There is a single page (page 16) within the contract that lists all of the TLDs. At this point you would need to print this page, select the TLDs you want, and then sign and fax back to us.
Also, we are well aware that you should be able to do this online in addition to the current process, and are looking at how we enable this.
