Hi Gavin, Cancel the one you have that's pending, and resubmit the order. On the RWI order form, there is a separate entry for the admin confirmation email. It's easy to miss (I did on my first go around), and if the order is submitted without this, it will sit pending confirmation. I've reported the bug to Tucows, and they're going to update the RWI to prevent orders being placed with this empty.
