This is one feature/process IMHO I think resellers should have more  
control over.  What would be nice in the API/RWI is to see the status  
of a transfer out, i.e. did it get confirmed by the admin contact, as  
well as the ability to resend a transfer request confirmation email.

Not that I'm trying to encourage customers to leave, but we should be  
able to provide full support through the registration/transfer  
process, whether it's in or out.
