Hello, Whenever a domain is requested transferred away from your RSP account, it is recorded in "Transfer Management" under "Search Away Transfers" in the RWI.
Please note there will be a delay of up 12 hours before the root registry notifies us of a transfer away. Unless the transfer is specifically denied by the Admin contact, it will be transferred in 5 days. This is an ICANN requirement. Unauthorized transfers can be prevented by locking the domain. Please see the documentation for details. You are free to contact your customer and try to keep the business. However, domain owners are free to move their domains where ever they wish and RSPs must unlock the domain and provide the EPP Auth Code when requested by the domain owner. Robert R.
