It looks nearly as archaic as the last attempt.
I wasn't around last time, but this time our goal is to have something
that provides flat forums (vs. threaded forums) which are easier for
casual readers to follow and something that is heavily customizable to
look like a fully integrated part of opensrs.com rather than being
something tacked on the side.
