I use "Bus Blasters" to OCD some ARM over JTAG. (Not sure if it covers the cortex m0 out of the box, but if the boundry definition is published...)
It's open hardware (dangerous prototypes) and might be cheaper... (it also can be used as a mini CPLD development board) Might be worth a look? Cheers! Can anyone recommend a debugger that is a bit cheaper than a Segger for a cortex m0.
