So, I kicked this off with a "I can't get a kapton stencil to work with my
qfn32 5x5 package" complaint, figured I should contribute my happy albeit
dopey ending. Went back to my local makerspace and the owner was there and
he had recalibrated the laser (and also actually knew what he was doing) so
we rastered the stencil and voila: happy little stencil.
