Hi all, We have a Jenn Air convention range with the same issue. I replaced the touchpad component over a year ago after the same quandary as to which part might be bad. It worked for a month or so and failed again. We’ve just gotten into the routine of putting up with having half the buttons not working. Then about two weeks ago, the range started a high pitched whine and, on an amazing hunch, my wife checked and found that all the buttons where working. This lasted for a day or so. The whine went away and finally the buttons settled back into their disfunction. I guess I will be ordering a control board now . . .
