A definite WTF here.... I finally got a new HDD for my netbook today....
Installed 10.10....

Had a hissy fit when the evolution setup wizard wasn't scaled to my
screen so handy buttons like 'OK' hung somewhere out of sight off the
bottom.... Tab Tab Tab....

Then I wondered why it was so slow....

System Monitor.... Oh look.... CPU 100%, a mix of Firefox and Software
Centre....

It's settled down now..... But it took a fair while and I was doing
nothing....

I'm not overly in love with Unity.... But then I was starting to get
irritable about the previous interface.... (I've installed Mepis as well
to have a play with....)

Displeased dog seems to think she's more important than my computer....
She may have a point.... :s
