I'm not an expert on Grub (2 or otherwise) maybe others can help. I've used Grub 2 on Kubuntu with dual-boot Win Vista and 7 partitions, but all I did was to let the installer deal with it. 2 had come along before I had to use anything later than XP, so I can't comment on whether old Grub can do it. -- Terry Coles 64 bit computing with Kubuntu Linux -- Next meeting: Bournemouth, Tuesday 2011-04-05 20:00 Meets, Mailing list, IRC, LinkedIn, ... http://dorset.lug.org.uk/ How to Report Bugs Effectively: http://goo.gl/4Xue
