I have recently bought a TBS DVB-S Q-Box 2 satellite TV reciever to use with MythTV. I am using MythBuntu 11.10 and have upgraded the kernel to 3.0.
When I attempt to build the driver module following the instructions it aborts with the following error: make[3]: *** No rule to make target `/etc/tbs/linux-tbs-drivers/v4l/tbs8921ctrl.o', needed by `/etc/tbs/linux-tbs-drivers/v4l/media.o'. Stop. I have tried to decipher what is going on in the build process but they have used a very complex method (or complex for me). The only thing I have managed to establish is that tbs8921ctrl.o doesn't exist in the build directory but there is a file called tbs8921ctrl.o.x86_64. I have tried renaming this file but it makes no difference. I would really appreciate some help with this because it is the only thing stopping my MythTV PVR from working fully.
