Offer to work for a charity; offer to work for a company for the cost of
travelling to their premises; make sure you come across as 100% intent on
working in IT. Find the right organisation - it may take some time - and
your passion will convince them to take a chance on you.

Other advice: learn to write decent English. Capital letters, full stops,
etc. Don't skip this part. No experience and good communication skills
coupled with passion means you will get lucky sooner or later. No
experience and a "can't be arsed with grammar" attitude will make it a lot
harder.
