I think we're getting away from the original Spec here. The master bedroom already has all the functionality that that setup could offer and probably a bit more besides. That uses a Samsung Monitor (with built-in Netflix, Prime Video, etc), and the terrestrial functionality is provided by the Humax Aura PVR (which also has Apps).
The new TV is required for one of the other bedrooms that is used by my wife, (because she has medical issues that make using a separate bedroom advantageous). No PVR is needed there, but terrestrial TV is and preferably the kind of Apps provided by the Roku. A modern Smart TV is ideal apart from the AI.
I still don't have a definitive description of what the AI does in a Smart TV :-(
