Hi Frankin, We use the DevExpress XtraGrid here, and have had a different experience from you. The help file gets better with each release, and although not perfect looking at the source for the tutorials and example programs makes it very clear how things fit together. Every time I have mailed the support team I've had a response within a day. > I bought their products about a week ago. From what I can > tell, they have a new version out, but of course, it seems > that the only way I can get it is to buy it again. I have had all upgrades f.o.c. They mail me and tell me a new version is out. I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck, but I still think they're a good component company.
