Hi Frankin,

We use the DevExpress XtraGrid here, and have had a different experience
from you.  The help file gets better with each release, and although not
perfect looking at the source for the tutorials and example programs
makes it very clear how things fit together.  Every time I have mailed
the support team I've had a response within a day.

I have had all upgrades f.o.c. They mail me and tell me a new version is
out.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck, but I still think they're a good
component company.
