I read your weblog entry and while I did not find it insulting, it was a little narrow minded. Not every programmer is a plumber like yourself - I mean that as a compliment to both sides. I posted a response to your rant which I notice was never included, while overtly positive comments were included. While I could really care less (hey its your weblog), I can't help but to draw some conclusions. Based upon this posting and your previous one about a review posted about your book, it ~seems~ that you may be sensitive about criticism. It's easier for me to say not being on the receiving end, but hey that's what is great about being anonymous. ;-) You seem to be bright guy who goes out of his way to help others on this list, just keep up the good work!
