Hi All, I've a strange situation at work.
I've been asked to interview someone who is intended to be employed as my team lead! I have to compile a list of 10 questions to ask, that will ensure this person knows c# and webservices better than I do. The problem is, How does one come up with questions a level above where they are at themselves?!! Anyhow, if anyone can suggest good interview questions i'd be delighted!
