Why bother coming up with the questions?  Why not just start out with a few
basic questions and go from there based on the applicant's answers.  Don't
they realize that a "scripted" interview is useless.

When I interview, every one of them is different.  It is all based on the
individual that I'm interviewing and the experiences that they have.
