Thanks for this answer. I will probably use Maslevskiy's code together
with a FileSystemWatcher instead of a timer, and I am tempted to use a
windows service for this sabotage protection utility, so thanks for
that link aswell.

As I said to Maslevskiy, I am NOT writing a virus, but a parental
software.
