But consider if a person get register to a website let us consider mr.xx, so as soon as he register there will be a new page with some attributes "welcome Mr.xx" so next time if I login with username and password he/she will have the page and where he can make some editing work either. So my question is are they creating new page for each and every user or some other method if so please let me know I can learn it.
