This is the first thing you would have/will learn when coming to the .NET
world. The difference between static markup languages just to present the
controls and the dynamic ones which actually "processes" something.

Just try out this simplest of scenarios . You visit a webpage every one hour
and the time changes every one hour.so do you think the website developers
would create a page every one hour??? No. They do it dynamically. what they
woul dhave done is.

string currenttime = "";
currenttime = DateTime.Now();

this gives the current time and displays as and when the page is requested.

all they would do is create one page : Date.aspx and change the values again
and again.
