Dear Arif,
I am neither him nor his friend. I am a developer who is seeing thing from a developer's
perpective. I saw your message on the message board and thought of replying to it so
that you may also understand the developer's point of view.

His going was not wrong, the way he went was definitely wrong and I also understand
the loss and anguish caused to you due the cancellation of project by the client. But Arif
you seem to be very naive and a newcomer to this industry, this industry survives on backups
which you didn't take care of. People will come and go but does it mean that from now
onwards you will never work with others and / or punish others in future because you can't
  get hold of this guy.

Humans are a very social animal and we are the only animals who tolerate or intolerate
views of other humans very gently or violently, you can choose the way you want
to but in the end, a successful Managing Director is the one who has more people on his
side than against, you cannot judge people when they walk into your company for the
first time. Yes, you are right he was like a pet dog as you said.. should I assume safely
in that case that you also treated him like a dog and not as a human !!!

You can take legal action against him and you are highly justified from your side in doing so.
Also keep in mind that the news of your legal action will be soon spread out in the
industry very soon prospective candidates will avoid you and your company like they would
avoid rabid dogs. Does it sound right now ???

Remember you were also a fresher one day when you had started your career. Have you
been always perfect and never hurt anybody in your entire career, and are you sure that
you would never hurt anybody for your own better future ?

Regards
A developer
