Hello
I do have back-up plan.
When you work with team you always trust developer. Trust between management and developers is very important for sucess
I cannot see with suspicion to programmers. We give them enough freedom. After all he worked with us, learnt us, spend lot of time.
I am managing company from last 6 years. Many programmers came in and went. When they left I got 2 weeks notice, I arranged alternative and they hand-over the work. This is not the case here.
It happens sometimes you trust more the people the more they ditch you.
My only concern is he should have told us I am leaving because of salary or work-culture or something else and hand-over projects on-hand rather than running like a chor
I am sure everyone has his own legitimate aspirations and not everyone can fulfil them.
I am hating that kind of behaviour who runs off in middle of project causing huge damage to company and management who has given him a career. Is this justified?????
We all need to condem it
Regarding legal actions I think this is the right decision. I will only get those ones who really serious rather than this kind of cheaters
Yes, I might have hurt people. I am not angel. I have not hurt people who brought me up or given me helping hand.
Anyway thanks for your time. If you are not he, then I am sorry
Good Day
