Its not you are 100% responsible for this YES its his fault also to move out from your organization without informing ( this is ridiculous ) to his reporting manager. To overcome from this type of problem you must have strong HR policies and have proper background employee verification before board him into project , still nothing happens you can take legal action on him or forgive him ...,  decision is yours .     Thanx Anand View other groups in this category.
