We're not lacking of ideas, we're lacking of people to put their hands in the engine! Anyway the port to ARM won't be much restricted in size since we can hope to have around 4GB for the system on such devices (or 2GB compressed). Taking over the Debian Jr. project will also require that we propose a base set of apps fitting DDL/CD and a full set for DDL/DVD. However we have to keep a set of CD medias because many countries don't have DSL technologies everywhere. Just ask Nava how many *days* it takes to download DDL in Iran :).
