Hi I am converting from pre-1.8 to Doxygen 1.8.3. I want to be sure I am using the HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET control the way it is intended (this is a great feature!). If I use HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET, should HTML_STYLESHEET be left blank, or should it reference the stylesheet you can generate using "-w html"? I thought these two choices would produce the same results, but they do not. If HTML_STYLESHEET is left blank, the doxygen.css file in the output directory does not match the .css produced using "-w html". Which of these has the intended default setup?
