The colors are generated on-the-fly according to your HTML_COLORSTYLE_... settings in the DoxyFile file. May be you changed the colors in the previous CSS file, so you must modify the HTML_COLORSTYLE_... variables in the configuration file to match your color changes. -- Stefan P.
