Hi Albert Thank you for your response. I am running on CentOS Linux 2.6.9. I have built Doxygen 1.8.3 in my own directory, I have not "installed" it to /usr/bin or anywhere else. When I run it, I use the full path to the doxygen binary built in my home account. I get 48 differences between the stylesheet as produced with the -w html option of Doxygen and the doxygen.css in the html directory. All of the differences are color changes. Neither of these files matches what is in src/doxygen.css. So I chose one of the colors that I get that is different to go look for it (1A597B). I could not find it in the code for Doxygen 1.8.3 or anywhere else.
So I guess my questions for you are these: 1. Does Doxygen follow a PATH or other mechanism to find the stylesheets to use, or is it supposed to just use the one in the src directory if the user does not specify one? 2. Are any of the colors algorithmically generated in the code, or converted from some other format, to explain why I cannot find the color I searched for as a literal string? 3. Does the color #1A597B appear in the doxygen.css that you get? Maybe it has been too long a day, but I am stumped. I don't see a difference between the stylesheet as produced with the -w html option of Doxygen and the doxygen.cs in the html directory. When the HTML_STYLESHEET option is used the specified stylesheet is copied to the html directory. The only difference I see on windows is a difference in line ending \r\n versus \n Albert On Mon, Jan 7, 2013 at 8:40 PM, <damon_car...@ltxc.com> wrote: > > Hi > > I am converting from pre-1.8 to Doxygen 1.8.3.
