Hi,
Since I upgraded to Doxygen 1.8.9, each time I use it to generate a CHM, it
reports an error while generating CHM (using HHC.exe) but everything is OK. I
have the CHM and it is correctly displayed (as expected).
It worked fine with Doxygen 1.7.
