I'm not sure... This one should probably go in the FAQ -- it seems to be
a pretty generic "something-went-wrong" symptom.
As for others, I guess it's the usual bug-tracking round; investigate,
repro, if non-reproducible - leave open, if reproducible - fix bug,
close. If it's covered by the FAQ, close it, and refer to the FAQ. This
is just an idea, though, I don't know if there are established routines.

>From what I can remember here are some possible reasons:

- The Internet Explorer cache is full (it sounds crazy, but this also
makes "view source" stop working)
- The script engine installed is not the latest (5.6). I added a check
for this, due for the next version.

I think there are some other, equally confusing causes, but I can't
recall them off-hand, and the list archives don't seem searchable
(what's up with that, by the way?).

If we can find a way to harvest the archives, maybe we should update the
FAQ with this info?
