Among other things, I get script errors (when creating searches) if I
place an ampersand in the wrong place or if unnecessary carriage
returns appear around form elements or inside script blocks. Thats why
the vbscript code in the submitted searches is in a CDATA block and it
is 'trimmed' using those two regex calls before it's attempted to be
executed - it seems to be the only way to safely allow that type of
thing.
