Hi Brent,
Did you ever get your Debug DLL to load? I think you may have remove the
DQSD toolbar, restart the shell [1], and re-add it for it to load the
correct DLL.
I'll try and take a look at it as soon as possible.

[1] Start -> Shut Down... -> Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+Alt -> Hit
Cancel. Restart from Task Manager's [2] File -> Run menu
[2] Ctrl+Shift+Esc

Thanks so much - via the process explorer I discovered
that the dll in my temp directory was getting loaded
instead of my debug dll.
So I checked in the code changes I made which reads
strings from the registry instead of being hard-coded.
BTW, I still get a yellow warning bar on the help
screen - I don't remember if this was a known issue or
not.
Also I had to specify the path to the Microsoft
Platform SDK in the additional includes and libraries
but did not check in this change to the project
file...
What do we need to do to the installer to get a beta
out there?
