Here is something to try...

- startup a command prompt and enter:
  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Quick Search Deskbar\dqsdt258.dll"

- It should say something like "DllRegisterServer in dqsdt258.dll
succeeded."

- Then logout and login.
