No problem testing this John. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

www.myway.com fails with the same error. Same with http://www.myway.com

When set IE as default, works as expected. Only fails with that error when using my default browser.

OK, Bob stumping me a little.  You get the error when you enter something like myway and press Ctrl+Enter which launches www.myway.com.  What happens if you type out www.myway.com and press enter?  Any different if you type http://www.myway.com ?

Sorry if this seems like stabs in the dark, but it is a little.  Also do you get the error if you just set DQSD to always launch using IE?

Thanks for trying all this out.

JB

Bob,

Try that last suggestion with all of your local files ( localprefs.js, localsearch.css, localaliases.txt ).

The reason I say this is for the most part DQSD just works.  When errors like this occur I like to rule out changes that may have been introduced by users tweaking local files.

Let me know.

JB
