Not sure, actually... >From what you said, it seemed that you only get a blank deskband? That is, you see the little chevron or whatever it's called -- the vertical thin bar that you can move. That sounds like bad news. DQSD without attempts at a custom host uses the Microsoft BrowserBand for hosting, so that must be registered. Do you have a key at: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{7BA4C742-9E81-11CF-99D3-00AA004AE837} ?
