To the People of the Isle of Myst, well met.
In these time of troubles I must ask for your strength and patience and reassure you that neither Her Majesty Queen Janessa nor her Royal Mystonian Guards have turned their backs upon those loyal to the Crown. Many changes have come upon the Isle, and while we Guards have striven to accept them, we have failed in one of our basic duties: to protect the Isle and its people from those who would do harm to them. For this, I must beg your forgiveness. To fail in such a precious duty is unacceptable. And it changes effective immediately. To the Captains of the Mystonian Royal Guard: I neither require nor want an explanation for the lawlessness and chaos that has pervaded certain areas of the Isle. I only expect it cleaned up in a timely manner. If it is not done, then there will be changes made in order to get it done. And to those who think they will make the good people of the Isle cow-tow and live in fear, you are welcome to try your luck, but I *heartily* suggest you seek another line of work, and do so quickly.
