I just acquired a TR7 that works great except for the volume control.  It won't reduce the volume all the way even when fully CCW and ready to engage the off switch.  It appears to be a ganged volume/on-off switch.  Anyone had this happen and if so, what's the fix?   73, Bill NZ0T
