That +10V is also fed through small decoupling resistors to the Band oscillator and the Calibrator oscillator.

I'm thinking about?. The R-4B (sn#9182G) I have is a 10 tube job and
doesn't have the voltage regulator tube. The only voltage regulation in
the receiver is at the PTO. Unregulated 150 volts is fed through a 6k/5w
resistor to a 1N714 zener in the PTO enclosure.
