Lee, you're really enjoying yourself at the expense of someone else, aren't you? Why don't you stop being such a jerk, and give some encouragement, instead of jumping to conclusions that the person is a crook?   I would think the "chief engineer of radio station W0VT" would be able to build anything he desires!
